AlphaDesk is a paper trading and AI-assisted equity evaluation tool. It simulates trades, surfaces research, and provides analytical commentary derived from market data and AI agents. It does not execute real-money trades.
Information provided by the service - including agent evaluations, discoveries, sentiment scores, alpha signals, and trade plans - is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Markets are volatile and you can lose money.

When account registration launches, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Subscription tiers, quota limits, and feature access are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Free-tier users see advertisements served by Google AdSense and other partners. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad-related data practices.
The service, including code, design, agent logic, and content we generate, is owned by us or our licensors. Limited use is granted to you to operate the service for personal use during the term of these Terms.
Market data is sourced from third-party providers including Yahoo Finance. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Quotes may be delayed.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) ₹1,000.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
